Minnesotans are taxed at a very high rate, top ten in the country every year. Your state and local tax burden in 2009 was at 38.8%, 2nd highest in the nation, and those jackasses you elect want to increase that so the Vikings can play 8 games a year? The bill that's in the legislature now is a start, and a good one. It has a snow ball's chance to go through, though, without a site and stadium design inked and planned. My suggestion of sharing a stadium is after the good citizens of MN have turned the NFL down 3?-5? times already. It seems that building a "half stadium" that is shared and not left sitting empty 80-90% of the year would be move viable for people to get behind.
