You guys are so gay picking on a mispelled word that you make VR look like a studhorse.

And Since 69, Barnett doesn't have the testicles to play OLB, I think he'd thump himself if actually was about to sack the QB. Cut his ass and let him play for the Queens, then use his $6M to overpay Hawk for a year - then let Capers & W. Moss draft the next ILB.

And a misspelled word is different than using an completely incorrect word. What, you from North Dakota or something?

Sherman tried to get Barnett to move outside years ago and Barnett had a hissy. 3-4 is a more glorified position at OLB though. Dunno, I thought Barnett would be decent there. He'd have to compete with Jones, Zombo, Walden and whoever they draft. Plus his age is working against him. Ted loves the younger guys.
Let's face it, Barnett has always been soft, always been a showboat and the injuries are catching up with him.

Oh yeah, I remember. Different team, scheme, coaches and teammates now though. And different circumstances, too. When he was our starter he had a lot of leverage. Now? Not so much...

OLB in a 4-3 is complety different than in a 3-4; and no, Barnett does not have the testicles play a 3-4 OLB. Good riddance to the samurai boy.

Personally.. after watching Hawk and Bishop in tandem.. I think it time to show Barnett the door via trade..and make no mistake he holds some value in trade.. not great value but value.

I want Ted to pick up the next thumper in the middle late in this draft and let him push the starters like Bishop has done that past few years.

He hasn't had the stoutness the past couple years to play the middle either.. cat is a will backer in a 4-3... it is the position that fits him and his talent.. why he resisted in the past is a mystery to me..

Barnett+swapping first round picks could get Ted someone he covets. Depending upon the scenario. Just takes one willing partner.
