I have been so focused on AR stepping out of 4's shadow and tying him for Super bowl rings it nearly slipped my mind what MM has done compared to Holmgren.

As far as I am concerned MM has surpassed Holmgren's coaching shadow with this Superbowl victory. I know he had help from Capers and whoever they call the offensive coordinator 😉 but he coached a team riddled with injuries throughout the regular season and had nearly as many critical injuries in the super bowl itself. There is no question to me that MM can be spoken in the same sentence as Holmgren and that means something.

I know what you mean. He looks like the guy next door who's out there snowblowing his driveway or something.

It's hard to think of him in the same way as Holmgren. When Holmgren was here, the team built steadily toward a championship, getting better each year. With McCarthy, it's been messier, and he didn't have the kind of reputation Holmgren had when he came to Green Bay.

But you may be right. He's won the same number of championships. And it looks like he has a window of at least a few years here where he will have a chance at another one.
