Fact is this. Sometimes it takes a wake up call, or perhaps a "Come To Jesus Meeting." to realize there is a weak link in a Championship Team.
Adversity is a good thing. Did the loss of Ryan Grant help the youth on the O Line focus more developing the skills to open gaps for Jackson just because they knew they had to step up?
Did the T.E's realize they needed to listen to the coaches and learn to run a better route, block, and step up with the loss of Grant and Finley?
Did Aaron need to develop his skills to focus more on getting the ball out quick with two reads after not having a running game this year? Damn right he did.
All I am stating is the loss of Grant and a running game has helped develop other areas of the offense. And perhaps helped The Packers realize that Running Back may be more of a focus than they would have had in this years draft then they would have had if Grant was healthy this year.
Face it, Grant is not a spring chicken and is coming off a season ending injury.
