just read mia's journal update where julie talked about going to pannekuken. great memories! we went there several times when my dad was going to mayo's - yummy food & just a neat place to eat.

i seriously can't tell you how happy i am for all of you to have some joy coming back into your lives. yeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwww!!!

I apologize Dakota, I avoided this thread and the subject matter as much as is possible.

I can deal with a lot of stuff, this area of life's potential tribulations wore me the fuck out on a personal level, and I got little left to share on that.

I think you know I am profoundly glad for you.

Well we had an interesting day yesterday. Mia's oncologist in Bismarck took a catscan and was extremely alarmed that her ventricles in her upper brain were very large. She air taxied Julie and Mia to Mayo and Daddy had to drive down 600+ miles. Needless to say the Neurosurgeons here said there is no danger, they are enlarged from this summer.

So in the meantime Mom is freaking out until this morning when they told us nothing is wrong and we can go back home tomorrow. The moral of the story is that we should have had a CD of the MRI done last week so that the doctor Bismarck has a comparison.

I know I should look for the silver lining in that Mia didn't have to have a surgery for a draining tube in her head, but being the jackass I am I feel the doctor back in Bismarck should probably whip out some kind "sorry I fucked up" excuse. I'd probably have a better chance getting Formo to tell me the Vikings are a clusterfuck organization. Thanks for letting me dump on you, this is such a therapeutic organization of friends.
