Havner is a guy that can find an open spot in the endzone and Rodgers believes in him. So if for no other reason than another threat deep in opposing territory I like him in the lineup.
Quarles is getting there if he's even ready but he does better with more field and Lee has iffy hands. I'm still pissed at him for dropping a sure TD last year when we were coming back against the Vikes....and if I remember right it was on 4th down. Besides that I think he led the team in drops although he seems to be doing better he also fumbled the ball that ended Finley's year. The TE has to hang onto the dang football.
Havner just has that ability to come off the line and find a little spot where Rodgers can get it to him and he doesn't drop the ball. I don't know why anybody would have a problem with this move.
