Well this isn't bad to see...I mean you don't want him turning into Favre and throwing a lot of picks. But the more you try to make big throws the more success he is going to have. The more success he has the more confidence he will have. And the more confidence he has...well maybe he hits Jennings in AZ last year and the Pack go on to play the next week..

Or maybe he doesn't throw an interception on the first play.

This was the one knock on Rodgers since college that he hasn't really shaken, being that he doesn't 'throw his receivers open'. Now by focusing exactly on this area, Rodgers can continue to grow and become a well rounded, elite QB.

Yeah, the way I look at it, he's just holding onto the ball too long waiting for the perfect hole to come open. I think this will help him get it out faster, as they allude to in the article.

Aaron Rodgers Fever: Five Reasons Why Green Bay's New King Is Overrated

Basically, he keeps repeating over and over again: Rodgers takes too many sacks and holds onto the ball too long. My favorite part:

I did read the article.

Rodgers started to make them in the crucial win over the Dallas Cowboys last season, and he continued to make them down the stretch. Now he's training himself to do it for an entire season.

I was a fan of Rodgers as soon as he came off of the bench in Dallas three years ago.

Rodgers has the best third down efficiency in the game, yet people still want to say he's not clutch.

The standard argument is that it's easy to look good when defenses are playing off and guarding against the deep pass, but I don't buy it. For most quarterbacks, their rating drops significantly on third down. Actually, Rodgers' stats are highly atypical. Most quarterbacks have the highest rating on first down, whereas Rodgers' rating is lowest on first down. I saw an article on it one time.
