lol thanks for the kind words, but I haven't helped the Packers win a Super Bowl. Although I maintain I can make 30yd or less FG's consistently!!!

I think he was a key piece to the offense at the time and he was sorely needed with that team but overall, I don't necessarily think he was HOF material.

Personally I don't like hanging a team accomplishment on a guy for recognition of individual performance. If Favre had not blown it in the playoffs, Franks could have a couple of super bowls. He was a heck of a lot more productive in scoring and more receptions. He was a lot more available missing 6 games to Chewy's 23 in the same number of years.

Just like I don't believe Aikman belongs in the NFL hall more than a lot of better QBs that never won any. Jim Kelly, Dan Marino and Brian Griese to name 3. I don't think Aikman should be in the Hall of fame more than I think Jim Kelly should be, just because his team won a couple of super bowls.

I want to go out like my Grandpa did. Peacefully in his sleep.
