Thanks Rock......it's been one thing aftwer another it seems.
My wife has a stress fracture in her spine, and we are trying to deal with that at the same time.
Not alot of fun.

Don't worry Cheesey, the man I consider my father has been kept alive for the last 20 years with stints and vein cleanouts, after he had the triple by bass. The best thing for you other than diet and exercise is going to be staying away from stress, so avoid "those guys" in here for a while would ya?
