When you talk about Rodgers, you're talking about a guy that can be immensely special. Ron Wolf told McGinn early on in the off-season that based on his evaluation of Rodgers, there is nothing (mentally or physically) holding him back from at least challenging Favre's records.
Now you can win the superbowl with less than special QBs, but Rodgers has this quality about him that he can do more with less... that is to say he can be like the greats and make others around him better. To me, having that especially at the most important position in the game, is worth much more than 3 1sts.
Only way I could ever consider trading Rodgers is we have drafted a young QB that has shown himself over time to be a good player at least. For example, if we draft Colt McCoy (strictly because he is BPA) and in a couple of years has shown he can hang with the big boys.... then maybe I begin to consider trading Aaron.
Otherwise ... Aaron can lead you to big places. Add to that his contract is an amazing bargain... and his value is pretty darn high.
