I think Ted should show Nick and his agent film from the Pittsburgh, and Arizona games.

Every time the agent says, "Pro Bowl", the coach yells (at the screen) "Jesus H Christ Nick, what were you thinking?"
Ted should have his back to it, with the agent facing Ted (and the film).
That is hilarious but possibly effective.
I'm thinking Lombardi (minus the agent in the room) might have employed this tactic had he lived in the age of technology.
