I just find it amusing that the Vikings had to have a sleepover to get Favre to come back. I'm wondering how it went down. Did they stay up all night and have a pillow fight then play charades until Deanna kicked them out of bed so she could sleep?

At least you didn't go with the fivesome angle that I was thinking in starting to ready that paragraph.. lol... that would have been awkward. ;)

Deanna doesn't strike me as a women that would enjoy sex, yet alone a gang bang, but then again she is a southern girl. Northern girl says you can have it, but a southern girl says ya'll can have it.

Formo, you think you are laughing at us! Only in Minnesota is this situation looked at as "the way things are done." Maybe that's the angle the Vikings are after to save the team - look so pathetic at business operations so that no respectful city will take them.

NSD saying Favre didn't run against hte Saints because he's scared ot get hit.

I would love to see you document this. If I said something like that, I am sure my statement was far more nuanced than your rough summary of it.

stop pretending that your views are free of any bias

Come now, you can do better than this laughable statement. You're posting on a Green Bay Packers fan site -- of course there is bias here. There's nothing wrong with being biased, as long as one admits one's bias.

And as I've said before, so I'll say again. I couldn't care less where Brett Favre plays, so anyone who accuses me (even by implication) of bitterness can kindly go shove it.

My question is did the three players fly down on a Vikings-owned jet or did they not? And on whose jet did the foursome fly back?

I have to think more than a few defensive coordinators will be weighing the cost/benefit ratio of a few well-timed, well-placed questionable hits (e.g., before the 50-yard line, certainly not in the red zone). If you can force Favre into giving up two or three costly turnovers, you will beat him, even if you give up, say, 60 yards in personal-foul penalty yardage.

Heh. It's all good, Pack.

I don't know much about Deanna other than her surviving cancer, and for that, I have utmost respect for her. I wouldn't wish cancer on my worst enemy.

She had beautiful hair before she had cancer and I know I'm being shallow here but it was a shame she had to shave it all off. Yeah I know that was the last of her concerns at the time but it was just something I was thinking at the time.

One of these days, I'll read her book. Glad you seemed to enjoy it.

Words fail to do that justice.. lol.
