I think it's kind of funny too that we have lots of fan's saying Ted doesn't open up enough to get players in. Then Vikings go balls out and get criticized for it.

Really? I've seen MANY NFL films interviewing old school defenders.. and they talked a LOT worse than what Allen said. Allen sounded like a bunny rabbit compared to those guys. Not to mention when I played football, some of the stuff we said.

Show me in print or on tv when the last time a player said he wanted to bury his helmet in the spine? in the MODERN era...( or something similarly violent)

FYI I am PERFECTLY fine with the statement.....

But the game as we know it NOW..that is not a common thing...and when the statement did come out I recall didnt go over to well here..

And as Zero has said it is illegal

but lets just pretend it isnt a bad thing to bury a helmet in a spine

The drop off wasn't that noticeable, and it may not even have been a drop off at all. They produce exactly the same stats pretty much. The only real difference between Rodgers and Favre is from 1 yard out, Favre throws it in and Rodgers runs it in.

Now as for the Vikings, good. I'd rather earn my wins. You know with TJ or Sage, we'll sweep you guys. Now it will be a good fight.
