Just saw an AMAZING concert

I just went up to DC last night and saw Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in concert, and boy, they were GREAT. I've never seen such a concert.

He played every single song that I've heard (and that's everything) for 3 hours straight. That was a hell of a show.

And the band that went before him was Crosby, Stills, and Nash. That wasn't bad either, but it was nothing compared to Tom Petty.

Do you all like Tom Petty?

Overall.. not a huge Petty fan.. but there are a number of tracks that I play on a regular basis.

I like Tom Petty too, I own one of his albums, Full Moon Fever. Don't plan on buying any of the other ones though.

He's been pretty successful for a nasal singer. Petty and Dylan, not for me, but glad you had a good time GPG.

I agree. I like Petty. The only Dylan song i liked was "lay lady lay".

Never been a fan but he comes to SummerFest in Milwaukee every year and sometimes its two shows
