he could have some potential as a CB...he is in that position just from 1 year...a lot to learn...he can be on the PS at least.

I think we had a debate about this months ago.

The returner was attempting to fair catch the ball, but did not have possession of the ball. Therefore, it's documented as a "fumble" but we fan's call it ... dunno, an oopsie?


Anyhow, Sam Shields will not be our returner for the 2010 season. He's not comfortable back there at all and that's not something he's going to pick up in the next three or four weeks. If he makes the team, he makes it by taking Jarrett Bush's spot as Special Teamer and far down on the depth chart as CB.

I was never much of a fan of blackmon; but Id definately take him over someone that has a tendencey to wiff catches. I remember watching nelson last year have a little difficulty with some catches; although he did run the ball well.
