Favre is a public figure. You are free to take pictures of him when he walks in public.
If you took pictures of me, I will ask you to hand over your camera and I'll make sure it's deleted. If not, I'll call the cops and they'd do it for you.
Not the same with Favre. He doesn't enjoy the same amount of privacy you and I have.
You are free to quote what he says as soon as he steps outside of his property.
What you do not have the Right to do with Favre - you cannot slander him. You also cannot give out his credit card numbers nor something he wrote and copyrighted (without express written consent).
I can call him an alcoholic. It's because he is. What I cannot do is accuse him of something that he isn't. That's slander (or libel if it's in print, or the other way around, I keep forgetting which is which).
Alcoholics often bend the truth. I'm sure as a person, I probably wouldn't want him as a friend. That doesn't change the fact that he Quarterbacked the only Super Bowl I watched as a Packers fan with the Packers winning, and short of him killing someone, I'm going to love him as a player.

2010 will be seen as the beginning of the new Packers dynasty. 🇹🇹 🇲🇲 🇦🇷
