We had no lease. So we are screwed. I'm sure she could make up reasons, and how could we prove otherwise? And.....who the hell wants to stay where they are capable of pulling this kind of shit on you, when you have been there 3 years?

Man...i'm sooo stressed. My wife is handling this alot better then i am. I can't sleep, am constantly nauseated.

Cheesey.. made a call on this.. lease or month to month.. she has to give a clear reason for eviction.. and if it is a issue you have the right to try an remedy the issue.

Anyway.. out of touch will how much rent down there has exploded.. I think I will remain here paying considerably less than that for my home.. location location location I guess. lol.
