You know, of anything, that's really got to piss you off - always having to buy the left shoe as well. WTF!

Yes it does.. the left one hardly wears and the right one wears very quickly as it pulls double duty.
I had a deal with Eastbay for a couple of years.. where I could buy two right to every left for 50% more that standard cost.. basically buying 1 1/2 pairs for 1 1/2 cost... and extended the lifetime of my purchase. Only catch is I had to order ahead for my purchase.
Then the greedy SOB's wanted to up their cut.. to the point that I only saved about 10 bucks.. so I quick buying from them.
Now I buy only boots.. so far RedWing has worked with me. but they are pricey boots.. but the way I look at it is I am extending my dollars as far as I can.
I have a box down stairs with a bunch of left shoes that are brand new.. I should toss them or something.. but damn it they are brand freaking new.. for sets where I bought two matching pairs to get and extra right.
Keep thinking maybe I will run into a left footed man that I can set up for years. lol.
