Just finished my stress test. Passed with flying colors! Doc isn't sure what's causing my problem, but it's not my heart.

Also....guess what Lauriejean did? Got me a laptop computer! I still can't believe it!
Now.....the only problem is, i can't get it to hookup at home. This has windows 7, and i think it's not compatable with the router they have downstairs. So, i'm here at McDonald's, having supper (i couldn't eat today cause of my test) and i'm having a grilled chicken sandwich. (Would rather have a burger,.....but LJ won't let me!)LOL!
This is my first time on a laptop computer. LOTS different then a desk top.

So i'll be coming here to use the free hookup, until i can figure out some way at home. But hey, i'm happy to be here again!!!

Awesome Cheesey... that is great news on both fronts.. you soon will be on the site often again and your ticker is in good shape.

Hopefully they figure out the issue for you ASAP.

Your wireless card should pick up a signal from any router. What happens when you try to connect?

I agree with IronMan. I'd look online for a tutorial that explains how to connect your router to Windows 7. I know it became a lot more annoying to connect to wireless LANs in Windows Vista (the menus weren't as intuitive, in my opinion), but I know nothing about Windows 7.

Oh, and by the way, I'm thrilled that you're doing well. Have a pound of Havarti on me. 😉
