It all depends on if Trent Williams or Brian Bulaga are available where we trade up to, they are the only players I would consider trading up for.

My ideal draft:

1st: OG Mike Iupati
2nd: Trade to Ravens for Gaither
3rd: Scat back, KR
4th: Pass Rusher

To trade up that far they have to be looking at one of the positions that are a need. Probably one of the OTs like Williams or Bulaga. If not OT it would be one of the elite players like Berry, Spiller, or even Earl Campbell.

Damn I don't think I would trade up for Earl he is really old and last I heard he could barely walk 😛
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I don't think GB is looking to move up into the top five.

Probably in the 10-15 range. I think they're looking at C.J. Spiller.

Ha just posted another thread about this, I didn't click into this one....but anyways if the right player/price is there I'd be all for a move up. It worked out well with Clay last year.

I think it's all lies!!!

I don't think we're seriously looking to trade up at all. Just a hunch.

They won't do it.. Damn Thompson is to damn cheap to make a move like that.. haven't you all learned a damn thing.

There might a joke aspect to this statement, but I think it has some merit. I just don't see Ted all giddy to spend more money on a draft pick - I think he's done spending the big bucks on draft players and NFL testes players alike. With trading up comes the issue of paying for a top-10 pick; I don't see Ted too eager at that.

I think he stays pat. Maybe a chance he trades down, but there is going to be enough decent talent at 23, and then again at 56 that I don't see him willing to be bold and two picks for one player.

I'm thinking at this point Ted is focused on CB and OT - maybe OLB if his choice at those two positions go through before he picks at 23.

But the sheer fact that this is even considered a "credible" rumour must be making Ted giddy. This just means more haze surrounding what Ted wants to do, even though his past decisions indicate he is going to target a player at the position he views as a weakness. It's hard to argue that CB and OT don't top that list.
