The Super Bowl should be on a Saturday

For several reasons:
1. I said so.
2. You would get a day to recover before going back to work Monday.
3. The work place would be more productive Monday as a result.
4. Kids would pay more attention Monday at school, as they would be well rested, and the teachers would not be hung over.
5. I said so.

It would certainly be interesting to find out how much work time is stolen on the Monday after the Super Bowl due to decreased productivity.

Post Super bowl Monday morning hangover is a requirement for employment.

I have ALWAYS said it should be on a Saturday. Makes LOTS more sense. You could have an all day party, and a full day to recover.
Having it on Sunday is stupid. Especially since it's played so late in the day.
And there's 2 weeks between the conference title games and the SB, so it's not like it would make it a short week to prepare for.

Easily change it to Super Bowl Saturday.

I don't have beef with this since I don't drink during the SB but it makes sense for the majority of the people. The SB is a huge celebration in the US...people who do not watch during the season, watch the Super Bowl.

Do it because Ironman said so!

I'm perfectly fine with it being on Sunday. I don't drink and I don't care about who does/doesn't show up to work on Monday.
