What happened before the final play? I remember they picked up the first down but then was a 3rd and 5 again or was it an 3rd and 1 ??? Can't seem to remember.

1st and 10.

We started OT with a missed shot down the field to an open Jennings.

2nd and 10.

Rodgers dumped the ball off to Grant, who picked up the first down and some more, but Colledge got called for holding.

2nd and 20.

Rodgers completes a pass to James Jones, who picks up 14 yards.

3rd and 6.

Rodgers "fumbles" the ball.

As I have pointed out in previous posts Rodgers also took a shot to the face mask on the play Colledge was flagged. The explanation for not calling the penalty was that the referee kept his focus on the hold making sure he got the jersey number and did not follow the end of the play where Rodgers got blasted.

Someone here posted a picture of Rodgers taking that hit and if you see a replay you will notice Rodgers on the ground looking at the ref with his hands out like he was asking why they didn't throw the flag.

IMO this was the play the refs blew that hurt the Packers the most because they were uphill at 2nd and 20. It was clearly a blow to the head and the ref not following the rest of the action is just no excuse.

Yeah, I made that SS. And you're right, the ref doesn't look like he's watching the play after that hold.

The Packers had their chances but it is disheartening to see the rets miss obvious calls like this not once but twice.

NFL, the only league with amateur refs.

If you look at this photo not only is it a shot to the head Berry is leading with his helmet which should be a penalty every time. The only contact you see here is Berry's helmet to Rodgers facemask. I mean WTH?

I wonder how long it will be before The NFL fines the guy for "leading with the helmet"?

Probably after this weeks games so no-one will remember what really happened.

There have been numerous plays like this where there is no flag thrown at the time, but a guy gets fined after The NFL gets a look at the film.

Untill the NFL makes these guys FULL TIME EMPLOYEES and hold them accountable for their obvious missed calls, there is not much that can be done but to live with the mistakes.

Just to bad that these plays really did effect the final outcome, but The Packers had their chances, so I can look foward knowing that next year(and hopefully many years after) The Packers are in a position to win these games after being through it.

With experience comes knowledge!!!! I think I will send a text to Ted everyday right up until next year so he doesn't forget it. LOL

Start locking the boys up Ted, there is a lot of talent on the roster, don't lose them to FA!!!!!

Looked like Jennings was so open he would have scored on the first play of overtime.

Does anyone know what yard line the Packers were on?

I Wonder if that could have got Aarron the NFL Playoff passing yardage record if he had hit the wide open Jennings?

I don't know what the play-off record is. I tried to look it up, but couldn't find it.

That drive started from our own 20 after a touchback. Asuming that Jennings would've gone in for the score, Rodgers would've had 502 yards on the day.
