If we could somehow end up with 3 2nd round picks, I'd be thrilled. Kindle - Carimi - Cox would pretty much make for a dream draft.

Kindle was my player to scout for the day. I'm on the bandwagon. If he drops to us I hope he's high up on our board (he could potentially skyrocket in these next couple of months).

I have to admit, after I made that post, I actually went a little off the bandwagon again. Didn't see him practicing since I was at work, but it's good to hear that he dominated. It's a defensive drill, though, so lets keep that in mind.

Another guy who absolutely dominated was Graham. I had him going at 32 in my mock draft. He's usually a low 1st, 2nd round guy in mock drafts right now. If he keeps going like this, though, he might just come out as one of the best DE/OLBs in this draft. The way it looks now, I'd hardly be dissapointed if we took a shot at him with the 23rd pick.

Most tackles for a loss and resembles Farrior. I would not mind picking him, at all.

This Perish Cox guy looks like an athletic freak. What round is he projected to go in? He has amazing breaking speed from the looks of it in Rock's videos. Also looks great in return game. Having him and Will Blackmon returning kicks would be amazing. Even imagine having 2 punt returners back at the same time. There would be nowhere for them to kick except for out of bounds!

Where is he prjoected?

In the 2nd right now. With the amount of CBs who all appear to be around the same skill level, there's no telling if he's falling to our 2nd round pick.

I doubt it, though.

The coin flipping has been done... These are the results of the tie breakers.

JAX (#10) over DEN (#11)
TEN (#16) over SF (#17)
ATL (#19) over HOU (#20).

I am biased, but how about Kyle Wilson? CB/KR from Boise who can also play safety. He runs a 4.2 and is a shutdown corner.

I think Everson Griffin would be a good fit at that other OLB spot if they were to go with that position in the 1st round.

I think there's absolutely no chance in hell he falls to us. Griffen won't fall past the Falcons, no way.

Brandon Graham, if he isn't taken by the Niners or the Pats, I think we could get. But I think offensive tackle is a bigger need, and if Charles Brown is there, take him.

I'm really hoping we take a CB with our pick.
At 23, there is a chance Kyle Wilson and/or Devin McCourty will be there.
For me it seems the best value for where we are in the draft.
However, if we take Bruce Campbell I won't be too upset as I think a year learning behind Clifton and Tauscher will do him well.

I think there will be a run on OT's and CB's before the Packers select in the first round.

Then the decision will be to get

A) a quality DE (There is little depth behind Jenkins and Jolly)

Possibly Carlos Dunlop or Everson Griffen

or

B) a good blitzing LB to complement Matthews.

Possibly Sergio Kindle or Sean Weatherspoon

Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : also, no bueno when a guy starts getting concussions right off the bat in his career
Zero2Cool (25-Jul) : Concussion is worse. Banks probably vet off day via back booboo claim
Mucky Tundra (25-Jul) : @AndyHermanNFL Jordy Nelson out at camp today. No word if he’s in play for one of the two open roster spots ; )
