Better use of time outs could have given them another play before resorting to a FG. However going with the scenario that they had 4 seconds, the FG was pretty much the "gimme" to end the half with another score.

What?

The pack had 1 time out which was for being able to stop the clock had the penalty not been called and the play ended in the field of play.

It was smart to take the 3 points. How do we know they would've scored a TD? A fumble or an int could've happened and there wouldn't be any points at all.

running down the clock and going for the FG were both clearly the correct calls at that moment in time.

M. M. didn't really make any dumb calls that I can think of today, other than possibly putting MC out there for the 54 yarder...but that's debatable.

Loved the onside kick call, even if it wouldn't have worked.

SHOULD have not let the clock run down like we did. We would have had a shot for 7. That was poor time management.

if i'm not mistaken, cheesy, they were inside of the 10, meaning it would be the last drive (barring penalites), and considering our swiss cheese defense, you wouldn't have wanted any time left for AZ. It's hard to base your clock mgmt on the anticipation of a penalty...I think they made the right move.

I know what you are saying, but even if we scored and gave the ball back to them, they would have had, what, 10 seconds? Even Warner couldn't take them down that fast. (most likely)

I guess that's more of what I meant. Point being, they should have allowed more time, which would have given them the option to go for the end zone.

The only place we could have used a TO was after the loss of 1 by jackson. And had we done that, we would have had to use the last TO after Jennings catch. and would have taken short middle out of play. NOt much in that drive that could have helped time management.
