Well it has been a couple months of Cam Walkers, crutches and one big giant can of pissed attitude.. not to mention some pushing to get things done and turning my back on football more than I like..

Thanks for the well wishes.. and yes I was being vague.. again call it pride and unwilling to admit defeat.

Shawn.......i'd hardly call what you are going through "admitting defeat". I'd say it takes more guts to go through what you have to go through, especially considering what you've gone through already. So i'd say your argument is just like you.........it doesn't have a leg to stand on!!!

I was reading through my file today at the hospital P.T.
They wired my breastbone together with stainless steel wire! I looked at the nurse (with my wife standing right there) and said to her...."Stainless steel? I guess that doean't help explain the "rust stains" i found in my underware."
My wife just shook her head.

For some reason I missed this thread when it first came up.

Belated best wishes for a speedy recovery....and remember the two rules of being laid up:
1. you're allowed to be an asshole.
2. all doctors, nurses, therapists, relatives, friends -- their function in life is to be cussed at. :)
