The only thing I would like to say is.. These tickets happened two days apart (the day before and day after the Bears game) and the second happened before the first became public knowledge. So Childress didn't had a chance to address the first case before the second happened. No one can realistically lay any blame of this on coaching. It's bad decision by the players. And that's all.

Because this wasn't public, doesn't mean the coaching staff wasn't aware of it and spoke to the team about it. It also doesn't mean they DID either. I'm leaning towards, they knew it about the day of, and addressed the team. When your star player gets busted for doing 109mph, that's an opportunity to send a speech to the team about how important off field behavior is to the final stretch of the season.
If Berrian didn't know about Peterson's ticket, then okay, it's not as stupid. But if he did, and still got nailed for speeding, that's just stupid.
