Oh lord, please don't let this be the end of Al's career. Al Harris may be almost 35 years old, but damn, there isn't many that are better than him right now.
I also feel like crying that when I saw Kampman wave to the crowd, I knew that that may be the last time he ever sets foot on Lambeau wearing that uniform.
Terrible day, injury wise.

I actually think this increases the chances Kampman will be back next season. He's likely not going to get a big pay day coming off a major injury..

I certainly don't hope so.
Great guy, don't wish this injury on him, but I hope that he'll still generate some sort of trade value. He's still a premier DE.

I don't see us getting more than a 4th for him now.

Based on previous DE-turned-OLB-who-then-had-an-injury-trades?
On July 20, 2008, Taylor was traded to the Washington Redskins for a second-round pick in 2009 and a sixth-round pick in 2010.

I don't know if we'll get that, but a 3rd is the least we'll be getting.
Maybe from the exact same team.
That's always more than nothing. And he's not a liability at OLB, but not far from it either. We have to get rit of him if you ask me. Just from a personel standpoint, of course. He doesn't fit in our defense anymore.
