He has the by week to fix the o-line. If nothing gets done, then WE are done.
4 weeks of our o-line looking like the junior varsity in a pee wee league.
IF they could fix that, we MIGHT stand a chance at a winning record.
If not, 6-10 might be pushing it.

I don't say much on this board, but I have to get some things out otherwise I run the risk of blowing up.

1) Our defense (with the exception of Woodson) cannot get itself off the field by itself. It needs a mistake by the opposing team's offense to do that.

2) Penalties. MY GOD. Does it ever end?
2a) Does it seem like the Packers get screwed by the refs more than any other team?

examples:
-Chillar's taunt vs. DD getting thrown to the ground 5 yds out of bounds.
-PI on Woodson (I know there was an offsides penalty, but come on)

3) Our o-line would have a hard time blocking a intramural flag football defensive line. This isn't a new gripe by any means, but it has to be said anyway. We have tried the ZBS for 4 years now and it still isn't coming close to working. Its time to give it up.

4) Why in hell did we challenge the Rodger's fumble? All it did was take away a challenge that could have possibly helped us later in the game, use up a timeout, and fire up the Vikings fans even more than they already were.

5) Can we stop hearing about Al Harris being one of the top corners in the league? He has been burned on numerous occasions this year and last.

6) Clay Matthews. Fuck...that strip was a BEAST of a play. I was speechless.

I have plenty more I could say, but I'm just too tired and disappointed with the TEAM to go on. I'm not even sure they are a playoff caliber team this year. I guess, for me, the silver lining is that if we miss the playoffs, we may just see the ousting of Ted Thompson and MM...something I've been waiting for for the past 2+ years.

Even though it was a bad loss here is what I believe...
1) Our O line needs a ton of work (new coaching?)
2) Our D has to figure out how to get to the QB.
3) And most important....Rogers has endeared himself to the Packers and Packer fans. He didn't give up in spite of all he has been through because of favre and he keeps fighting even when he is getting beat to death on the field. The guy is a winner. The Packers have the right man for the job in Rogers. That was the best move Thompson has made since he has been here. (Actually that was the best 2 moves Thompson has made since he has been here. Getting Rogers and dumping favre)

Not 5.
Not 10.
Not 15.
Not 19.
But 20 freaking sacks.

Good teams don't get their QB sacked 5 times a game and hit another 3.

Enough Said. (for me)

But you are right. He needs protection.

DAmn people calm down i predict in the next 5 weeks we will be back in the race for the division. We have a bye week, then we have the Lions, Browns, Vikes, and Tampa. That should be 3 if not 4 wins to move us to 5-3 or 6-2. Now look at the Vikes schedule they have the Rams, Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Packers, so i can see them have a 5-3 or 6-2 record.

So have some faith people its not over yet.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I can't wait for that Vikings game in Green Bay. This team needs to be salivating for payback.
