Green Bay - And away we go:

* S Nick Collins, RB Brandon Jackson and DL B.J. Raji all practiced.
* S Atari Bigby and LT Chad Clifton did not.
* LOLB Aaron Kampman wore a cast on his right hand.
* The newest Packer, S Matt Giordano, was on the practice field

That's all until Mike McCarthy speaks at 1:20 p.m.

That was my initial thought when I saw that Rouse was cut. Collins' injury must not be that serious.

The Pack Will Be Back.

I didn't of that. Collins practicing is a definite good sign and yes might be why they said screw Rouse who's injured yet again. Injured often and fails his assignments, good reasons to let him go.

A few comments:
1) I'd like to see Collins near 100%,
2) I'd like to see more of Jackson. Bringing back the screen pass? I hope so.

I missed it why does kampman have a cast? ...
and ya glad to see jackson back - hope we see him 100% soon at least against Min.

and definately glad collins may not be that bad ... even woodson made some comments during his interview on perhaps one of the reasons why the pack lost to Cin was collins went out. To me if the best corner in the game says this obviously he values his teammates playing highly.

Collins is one tough SOB man... I remember when he went flying into the wall during family night. I thought he was injured for sure.

and before anybody can get their snarky comment in there, no, i don't know who on our roster is better than him or would replace him. that should've been figured out by the staff in the offseason.
