He's not terrible, but not exactly a spectacular field goal kicker either. He makes up for it on kickoffs to add up to an above average field goal kicker. I'd like to see him improve inside 50 and definitely make a couple in the clutch. He's still young, but has to improve.

I'd DEFINITELY bring in an UDFA kicker next offseason to challenge Crosby and make him kick under a bit of pressure to maybe get him a little more prepared for those situations in games.
