Driver on Ochocinco doing a Lambeau Leap: "Chad's going to talk. But we know that won't happen. Our fans are not going to allow it."

He'll likely get Smoot'd or get the reaction he got from the Browns "Dawg Pound".

I don't know. I've seen them do something like a Lambeau Leap at Arrowhead and in the Dawg Pound at Cleveland Browns Stadium.

I think that you can pretty much do it anywhere. I mean, the Lions even have a leap of themselfs they call the 'Lions Leap' or something crap like that. It's a pretty rare occurance, though. Which figures.

POOR idea to announce it. People with tickets down there will be prepared with some especially ingenious shit to do when he tries it.

So, you cannot comprehend comedy? You can't enjoy anything but football, and if a footballer tries to do anything else than play football, that takes away from his enjoyability? That makes no sense.

If a WR had a TD in every game, he would have a f-king amazing season. If he has a game where he doesn't have one, don't crucify him as a crap performer. Is Donald Driver a crap perfomer? Hines Ward? Andre Johnson? Randy Moss? Wes Welker? I think you get the point...

You know, back when he pulled that HoF jacket stunt, he had been one of the best WRs in the league for each year he had played. If he had continued like that, he would've been a HoF lock. But if he had worn that jacket last year, it wouldn't have made sense, since he wasn't good last year.

Yes, I am sorry. I am one of those guys who watch football on Thursday, Sunday and Monday night to see guys play football. When I watch football, I am watching guys compete not eff around. If you are watching football for another reason, don't know what to tell you but as I said before (to each their own).

I never said a WR needs a TD every game to be a great receiver and I didn't knock him as a crap performer (he has been crap lately though, there now I did).

If Chad Johnson wants to go overboard in a TD celebration, fine.
If Chad Johnson wants to river dance on a huge 1st down completion, fine.
If Chad Johnson wants to attempt a Lambeau Leap, fine.

^^That's justified entertainment in my view^^

Chad goes over the top with everything he does. I agree with your bolded statement but he isn't playing at the same level he was....why(?) is the question.I am not downing his level of play. I am talking about his mouth and antics day in and out. He HAS to be the center of attention and it annoys me.

Surprise, Chad Johnson already twittered 60 times about what he is doing now and going to do @ Lambeau on Sunday...annoying.

Yeah.

Moss used to do it all the time in the Dome.. They called it the 'Moss Toss'. It's not specifially just for Lambeau.

It is specifically for Lambeau on Madden '09 though, right? 😃 I thought I heard that rumor circulating before its release.

I think it needs to be saved for BIG plays. Sometimes it seems like the players feel obligated to do it.

AKamp74, I completely understand your point of view, you made your opinion clear on your latest post.

There were probably two reasons he didn't do well last year

1) Missed minicamps, QBs got to establish a bit of rhythm with other recievers
2) Palmer was injured, Fitzpatrick probably didn't have his timing nailed down with Ocho, or couldn't read when he was open (he didn't get a lot of passes thrown his way).
