Lol, ok. Maybe I overdid it a little, but he makes these hints, like giving the same answers as the Lakers did before winning the NBA Championship. He just recently said on NFL network that no one could cover him and that (once again) they're going to the play-offs and he and Palmer are going to put up some amazing numbers.

He's said that every year.

It's pretty obvious that he, most of the time, doesn't back all the stuff up that he throws out there. I have no problem with that, but that was what I meant with my remark.

He makes me laugh, and like was said, he keeps his nose clean off the field.
He jokes around alot, and i like that.
To me, he's not a jerk like T.O. Thats my opinion of course.
Now.....the main thing is to keep him out of the endzone, so he can't even TRY a "Lambeau leap".

Your opinions are usually spot on, your jokes - not so much!

Ocho can have a touchdown just so long as all of our skill players get one ot match.

Of course a player says that their goal is to get into the playoffs. And saying Deion or Rod couldn't have covered him was just a joke. Child please, lol.

It's not necessarily always his fault if he says they'll get to the playoffs, and they don't. With the exception of last year, he's done his part each year of his career.

My problem is people saying he just wants to entertain people. People watch the NFL to be entertained with what they do on the field. Not on the sideline, not on twitter, not on ESPN, and not on NFL Live.

I am not saying he is not skilled ON the field because anyone can say that till they are blue in the face and it won't be true. The problem is....all his comedic actions and loud mouth moments takes away from what he does on the field. That is the truth.

Skip was right in one part of their discussion. Why put on a homemade HoF jacket when you are not yet HoF material? He isn't.

"No TDs doesn't mean crap performance."
To each their own??? If my top WR on the team is not scoring touchdowns, I see that as a crap performance. You can have a 1,000 yards receiving season, but if you have 0 touchdowns...that is crap. Again, to each their own.

I am all for a little trash talking and jib-jab. I think he hurts his team.
If the guy didn't have the NFL he might just make it as a stand-up comedian.

Yeah I like Ochocinco. Never had a problem with him, never heard of him being a whiner or complainer. Everything he does seems to be in good fun, and he's a hell of a competitor (he has to be, to be as good as he is). Funny stuff, thanks dhazer!

So, you cannot comprehend comedy? You can't enjoy anything but football, and if a footballer tries to do anything else than play football, that takes away from his enjoyability? That makes no sense.

If a WR had a TD in every game, he would have a f-king amazing season. If he has a game where he doesn't have one, don't crucify him as a crap performer. Is Donald Driver a crap perfomer? Hines Ward? Andre Johnson? Randy Moss? Wes Welker? I think you get the point...

You know, back when he pulled that HoF jacket stunt, he had been one of the best WRs in the league for each year he had played. If he had continued like that, he would've been a HoF lock. But if he had worn that jacket last year, it wouldn't have made sense, since he wasn't good last year.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
