I want the Lions to do well

Not win the division well, not beat the packers well, not cost us anything of importance such as a playoff spot well, just..plain well.

They may well be Kittens, but they are our Divisional kittens, our Jailhouse booty, and no one outside of our division should have a piece of the kitty, or laugh at it when it limps away after another 16 bouts of sodomy

I have said all off-season that an improved Lions team might be fairly dangerous.

When we were in DC-hunting mode, their new HC was far and away my first personal choice for the job, but at once recognized that it was not happening because of HC opportunities for him.

The Schwartz will be with them.

The question will be to what degree.

I fear the answer more than a little.

yeah im expecting a 3-6 win season for them..........i really dont think they should have been 0-16 last year, i think if they had just let culpepper in all year they woulda got one or two, but that orvlosky was terrible.........

As long as they can beat the Vikes and Bears I'm all for them being good. Just want them to collapse when they play us

I don't hate the Lions at all, like I do Vikings and Bears. It's kind of sad what they've had to go through during Millen's time, and hope they start to do better.

They shouldn't start Stafford from week 1 though, they will find out it is a bad decision, even though Flacco and Ryan nailed it last year. Starting a junior out of college right off the bat is a stupid decision, it almost never works.

Just one more further warning. I truly believe that Schwartz knows exactly what the f#ck he is doing. I never like that in an opponent's coach, which is why I like Chilly so much. :tongue3:

Well Lions started on the old road again starting with a loss lol. They played the saints and they got owned like many teams have gotten owned by saints. Green Bay will win this division. Calling it this early in the season, even though we were a bit rusty but the D performed well tonight.
