PS -- why are random words capitalized? I'm not usually a grammar Nazi, but that's just annoying -- as is some people's need to include some sort of jab at "TEDDY" every time they talk about the Packers.

Well, where do I START. First off there's no guarantee that PLAXICO will be able to keep in FOOTBALL shape when he's in jail for 20 MONTHS. He is ALREADY 32 years OLD which will PUT him at 34 YEARS old when he returns. I say pass on the PLAX.

First of all, there's only one Nazi around here and he's the guy with the worst odds of winning an an ass kicking contest.

Secondly, I don't want a guy that is dumb enough to shoot himself in the leg. This guy never maximized his talent. He was given awesome abilities and did what them? Just another waste of talent.

Plaxico HELL NO!!!!!
when Driver does leave he will be greatly missed, he is a GOD!!
when he leaves it will suck, but theres enough talent. i see Driver retiring as a packer.

WR is the Packs deepest position of depth. Guys are going to be cut at WR that would make it with teams like baltimore and chicago. So why would you consider an old man with a hole in his leg?
btw harrel was taken in the 1st round not the 16th and whats with the Harrel and teddy jab? I am all for discussing Ted Thompson but bring up his faults while talking about WR doesnt seem to make much sense. Given the success hes had a finding WR's.

Until Driver begins to really slow down, he should be kept. He might have some Jerry Rice in him, and be able to be effective for another 4 years. He's not off the charts expensive, either.

I would love to see Driver play till he is 40. And the idea of Plax came up because we did think of getting vick.

NO WAY do the pack look at Plaxiglass dude would be too old by then and away from the game, with jennings, jordy, jones and whatever other rcvrs the pack get/groom during that time they should be fine, they should have a top 3 WR core for years to come no doubt about it......

I agree the idea DID in fact come up about getting Vick however completely different circumstances, the backup QB position for the pack is a bit shaky to say the least, however the WR position? It's in the Top 3 in the league and will be for a while IMO....completely diff positions/needs

Donald Driver and a 3rd for Brandon Marshall. That'd be a great trade, skillwise.

Only problem is, Driver's a great guy and Marshall has shown himself to be an annoying idiot, in my eyes. Comes down to sentiments here. Think about that duo, though. Marshall and Jennings and we'd still have (one of) the best receiving groups 4, maybe 5, deep.

As for Plaxico. No way. There's no reason, really, or Jones has to be constantly injured, Driver has retired, Jones hasn't progressed to anything beyond a slot receiver and Plaxico in some way has retained all this skills. Looks like a very far fetched theory.
