Not anytime soon but in future if he does leave, would you welcome Plaxico Burress to the Packers? I mean 2 years or even 3 years down the road or you want TEDDY to build through THE DRAFT. And wow what a bust is HARRELL good waste of the 16th round.

No to Plaxico.

In 2 or 3 years when he would be able to play again, he would be 34 or 35 and hopefully then we have a 4th, 5th and 6th year WR corp with Jennings, Jones and Nelson.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

First of all, don't even mention Donald leaving. Secondly, not to Plaxico.

I wouldn't give a second glance to Plaxico. We have a deep well of wide receiver talent that's going to get cut this year, simply because we don't have enough roster slots to go around. With all these young players hungry for a chance at stardom, why would we look at a retread who will be almost 3 years removed from the game?

I don't think there's a player alive on whom I would want to risk a roster spot after 2 years of incarceration. I have a significant amount of catching up to do when I take a mere 2 weeks off my workout regimen. I can't imagine how far a couple of years in the clink would set behind a professional player. More power to the Eagles for giving it a shot, but I don't see it paying off any significant dividends.

No way. We've had enough drama with Favre, still glad we didn't get Moss, and don't want to see Plaxico on our team, ever.

Out of curiosity, what prompted this idea?

Wow people have already put what I wanted to say... but put it better than I was thinking.

The way we bring up young WR talent, i don't see why we would need to think about Plax. I have no problems with him getting a second chance somewhere, just don't see room for him here. But that's a couple seasons down the road, so worry about that then if we have to.

Plax is one player along with TO i wouldn't want on the Packers. Plax is another mild version of TO, incase people forget he was a player with a bad attitude in Pittsburgh and they were winning and then he goes to the Giants and really never put up huge numbers.

So a huge no to Plax.

As far as Bustin goes we all knew the injuries would happen, hell he always been injury prone and was injured when we drafted him.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

lulz. in 2 or 3 years Plax will be as old as Driver is now. what's the point? i'd rather just keep Driver until he feels he can't perform. dude looks as great as ever right now.

I agree with Twinkiegorilla.

Well, where do I START. First off there's no guarantee that PLAXICO will be able to keep in FOOTBALL shape when he's in jail for 20 MONTHS. He is ALREADY 32 years OLD which will PUT him at 34 YEARS old when he returns. I say pass on the PLAX.

PS -- why are random words capitalized? I'm not usually a grammar Nazi, but that's just annoying -- as is some people's need to include some sort of jab at "TEDDY" every time they talk about the Packers.
