Very much like the silence idea and would love to give it a try. Unfortunately, my mind-control powers are limited to groups of less than 20,000. If anybody else has similar powers, can you cover another section of the stadium? I'll be sure to buy you a (poisoned) beer afterwards, I love having competition (as long as it's dead).

I noticed several comments like this in the thread. Packers fans have booed Packers. Favre has already been lustily booed at Lambeau. Many people are probably too young to remember. Who remember the 1994 Rams game? I was there. Favre was booed multiple times in the first half and then booed off the field at halftime. Of course then he lead us to an incredible comeback win. Now I would agree that Packers fans boo their own much less than average. But we do it.

I won't boo him. I will make as much noise as I can when they are on offense, though. I really despise the trend of sports fans talking about what is "classy" but for once I will use that term. It would be classy to be gracious when Favre returns to Lambeau. Trying to outdo Denver's reaction to Cutler doesn't impress me. But in the end it isn't very important. Everyone is going to kiss and make up eventually.

People will boo, and Favre will feed on it. This game is going to be epic.
