First of all, I really don't understand the attack on dhazer from what he wrote. He gave his opinion that it isn't the best place to throw the ball and everyone is jumping down his throat. Kinda unnecessary. If you disagree with his opinion, okay, but it had nothing to do with "twisting it to Rodgers"

Back on subject, I think Eli is overrated. Yes he won a Super Bowl, but it was behind a defense that was VERY dominant during the postseason. Also he had a 6'5 freak athlete in Plax. Once Plax was suspended, Eli struggled immensely. I don't wanna hear that any QB would be that bad without their #1 Wr, because QB's have been in that situation and haven't been that bad. Especially not a QB who is getting a $97 million contract.

I wasn't attacking Hazer as much as it was a chance to challenge his statement using his hero Brett... Brett had two of his best games last season in that stadium.. yet it is a determent to Eli?

BTW.. just banter.. nothing more..

Instead, I was hoping to expose the reality of Eli.. fine QB 15 to 20 yard and in.. but lacks the big arm to make some of the tight out throws.. regardless of where he plays. IMO.

IMO.. it is off base to say Rodgers numbers would be greatly affected when Rodgers put his numbers up in the same type of climate in Green Bay late in the season..

Maybe tonight I will have time to look through the stats of all QB's playing in NY last season and see how a wide base of tests holds up to the affect that the stadium has on its QB's... and if it does.. then it is a piss poor design on their parts when the game in changing into a more passing heavy game.
