Jason Wilde, of the Wisconsin State Journal, reports Green Bay Packers have had legitimate discussions about the possibility of signing unrestricted free-agent QB Michael Vick (Falcons), according to sources.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

If the Packers do sign Vick.

Aaron will not worry about it, let it fester, or consider it as a move designed to undermine his career in Green Bay. Aaron will not feel Ted is out to get rid of him, nor will he consider the move as an insult to him, and a lack of faith by the Packers on his future with the team.

Aaron would never look at this signing as "Ted putting in action a plan to get rid of him."

If the Packers do sign Vick? Aaron would not feel that Ted lied to him.

I do not know much... However, I do know that.

I would think Vick would be told his role would be to backup Rodgers and to maybe run a couple of packages that take advantage of his legs and my guess is Green Bay wouldn't sign him unless he still has the speed.

Rodgers would probably be told that it's still his team. Something tells me Rodgers has good communication with this regime. Maybe I'm assuming, but they did stake their jobs on him.
