See stuff like i bolded is what i don't understand. How the hell can you guarantee something you have no control over, i could live with your predicting or hoping we see bigger things. But cmon how the hell can you guarantee anything. If he fails what do we get seeing you have a guarantee on it.

it's fucking semantics, *edited*. of course i'm not giving you a "guarantee" but if we were betting, i'd bet that i'm going to be proven right.

Odds are at 20-1 now, I thought I read? 33-1 = a great bet.

I think the Packers are looking for improvement across the whole team. Afterall, if you're not improving, you're stepping back.

The inability to pull out close games left Rodgers open to shots from some personnel people. Late in the season, he was labeled a "stats guy" by one scout, whereas another questioned his leadership skills.

I wanted to post this because it talks about his leadership and knew there was a thread about it, so that is why I am bringing up this old one and not making a new topic

sourcey

At the urging of veterans Donald Driver and Greg Jennings, Rodgers is openly expanding his leadership role within the locker room.

"I think it's the opportunity that presents itself," Rodgers said, "and the vibe that I'm getting from the guys [is that they] are looking to me for leadership.

In certain situations, they are expecting me to speak up." Rodgers also said he is getting "more freedom" from McCarthy to influence scheme and game plans. ...
