Alright, so its way too soon to do this, but it should be fun. I've come up with what i think the depth chart is/should be as of OTAs, i've ignored some injured players(and players who arent at OTAs as well). Most of this is based on JSO's reporting on who has been lining up where, as long as what we know from last season.

I'm pretty sure i have everyone lined up at the correct positions, as long with everyone onsides this time too =)
Starts of course on top, with 2nd team on bottom.

                                            Collins
                                             Smith
            Bigby
            Rouse

                              Barnett Hawk
                Thompson Chillar Bishop Kampmon
                Mathews Poppinga

Woodson Jenkins Picket Raji Harris
Williams Harrell Raji Jolly Blackmon

Driver Lee Clifton Colledge Spitz Sitton Barbe Jennings
Nelson Finley Maredith Preston Wells Wells Lang Jones

                                    Rodgers
                                    Flynn

                               Grant Johnson
                              Jackson Kuhn

I'm not sure Quinn will be starting at FB. I hope he does though

I think Matthews will surpass Thompson sooner rather than later.

I also think Lang will pass Barbre and I also think Quinn Johnson is going to start at FB. I think they touted him as their starter before they even drafted him.

I agree with you mostly earthquake. But I don't see Wells at OG.

Giacomini will get a shot at RT before Lang.

I could see Johnson starting by game 1... but I don't see him starting at OTA. I don't think rookies should start at OTA.

And I think Hall would be ahead of Kuhn.

I certainly hope that the give Giacomini a look and put Lang behind Sitton on the official depth chart. I mean, he should be coming along quite well now. Hopefully somewhere along the lines of a Jason Peters. Although that is a lot to ask for. Just look at this piece from last year.

Compares To: TYSON CLABO-Atlanta...Like the up-and-coming Clabo, Giacomini is still a work in progress and might need a year or two before he can contribute. But it is evident that he is a rare athlete with good speed and a developing frame. Put him in the weight room for a year, work on his zone blocking technique and along with his quickness, you could unearth a solid right tackle with good reach blocking skills. He's certainly worth a long look, as few tackles have his athletic ability. It is just experience and technique that he is lacking...Had a pre-game incident vs. Kentucky that leads to some questions about his maturity.

I also don't think that Pickett will slide into an only back-up spot when he loses the battle for NT. I see him and Raji switching between NT and DE. Something like they're doing with Ngata in Baltimore.

One last thing that I'm hoping for is that Lee has beaten out Blackmon for the nr. 4 corner spot. He has to show some progression in my eyes. He doesn't have to be an amazing corner or something just yet, but I'd like to see him beat out Blackmon at least.

I know this isn't an "impact change" but I think Brohm beats out Flynn for the #2 QB spot. He is more talented than Flynn and he has an offseason to learn the system.

I want our two FB to be Johnson and Hall. I am still upset with Kuhn for not being able to get that 1 yard into the endzone at the end of a game. I can't remember who we were playing. (probably panthers?) We had to settle for a FG and we end up losing obviously.

I think this is the perfect system for Blackmon so I think he'll get better.

from what's being reported it sounds like Brohm is still having problems.

But remember Rodgers look like he sucked the first two years .... who knows Brohm the next Rodgers?

I think the DL rotation will consist of picket, raji, jolly, harrel, jenkins and one more guy(perhaps wynn, considering how they like to hold onto their draft picks). And i think we'll see most of these guys rotating in at multiple positions. With Picket, Raji and Jolly(in that order) seeing some time at NT, and all 6 seeing time at DE. To me this looks like a very strong rotation if everyone stays healthy. I think they also stash one or two of the more unknown NT type players on the roster on the PS.

As far as Lee goes, i would love to see him surpass Blackmon, but he seemed very raw last year. We'll have to see how that plays out, really i'm just glad that there are 5 guys who will see playing time at corner before bush.

Sorry if i was a little confusing with the nature of the thread, but what i meant to represent was what i thought the starting lineup will be on opening day, based on what has happened in OTAs. Not so much the OTA depth chart as it is now. I will probably update this every once in a while as things progress through training camp.

You're right, there hasnt really been anything to support that, i just hope he shows a lot of improvement and takes over the starting job, but really there isnt anything that would suggest he's done that yet, so edited.

Zero2Cool (50m) : I wanna kill new QB's ... blitz the crap out of them.
beast (50m) : Barry seemed to get too conservative against new QBs, Hafley doesn't have that issue
Zero2Cool (1h) : However, we seem to struggle vs new QB's
Zero2Cool (1h) : Should be moot point, cuz Packers should win tonight.
packerfanoutwest (1h) : ok I stand corrected
Zero2Cool (1h) : Ok, yes, you are right. I see that now how they get 7th
Zero2Cool (1h) : 5th - Packers win out, Vikings lose out. Maybe?
beast (2h) : Saying no to the 6th lock.
beast (2h) : No, with the Commanders beating the Eagles, Packers could have a good chance of 6th or 7th unless the win out
Zero2Cool (2h) : I think if Packers win, they are locked 6th with chance for 5th.
beast (2h) : But it doesn't matter, as the Packers win surely win one of their remaining games
beast (2h) : This is not complex, just someone doesn't want to believe reality
beast (2h) : We already have told you... if Packers lose all their games (they won't, but if they did), and Buccaneers and Falcons win all theirs
Zero2Cool (2h) : I posted it in that Packers and 1 seed thread
Zero2Cool (2h) : I literally just said it.
packerfanoutwest (2h) : show us a scenario where Pack don't get in? bet you can't
Zero2Cool (2h) : Falcons, Buccaneers would need to win final two games.
Zero2Cool (2h) : Yes, if they win one of three, they are lock. If they lose out, they can be eliminated.
packerfanoutwest (2h) : as I just said,,gtheyh are in no matter what
Zero2Cool (2h) : Packers should get in. I just hope it's not 7th seed. Feels dirty.
packerfanoutwest (2h) : If packers lose out, no matter what, they are in
packerfanoutwest (2h) : both teams can not male the playoffs....falcon hold the tie breaker
packerfanoutwest (2h) : if bucs win out they win their division
beast (2h) : Fine, Buccaneers and Falcons can get ahead of us
packerfanoutwest (2h) : falcons are already ahead of us
beast (2h) : Packers will get in
beast (2h) : If Packers lose the rest of their games and Falcons win the rest of theirs, they could pass us... but not gonna happen
packerfanoutwest (3h) : they still are in the playoffs
packerfanoutwest (3h) : If Packers lose the remaining games,,,,at 10-7
Zero2Cool (4h) : We can say it. We don't play.
Mucky Tundra (5h) : But to say they are in is looking past the Saints
Mucky Tundra (5h) : That said, their odds are very favorable with a >99% chance of making the playoffs entering this week's games
Mucky Tundra (6h) : Packers are not in and have not clinched a playoff spot.
buckeyepackfan (6h) : Packers are in, they need to keep winning to improve their seed#.
Mucky Tundra (15h) : Getting help would have been nice, but helping ourselves should always be the plan
beast (15h) : Too bad Seahawks couldn't beat Vikings
bboystyle (16h) : We just need to win Monday night and were in
Mucky Tundra (19h) : Or ties, but let's be real here
Mucky Tundra (19h) : Other scenario was Falcons+Rams losses
Mucky Tundra (19h) : Needed a Falcons loss for a Seahawk loss to clinch
buckeyepackfan (19h) : Am I wring in saying if Tge Vikings beat The Seahawks, The Packers clinch?
Mucky Tundra (21-Dec) : Agreed; you stinks
Zero2Cool (21-Dec) : I'm not beating anyone. I stinks.
Mucky Tundra (21-Dec) : rough injury for tank dell. guy can't catch abreak
beast (21-Dec) : So far the college playoffs have sucked... One team absolutely dominates the other
beast (21-Dec) : Well even if you weren't positive towards a guy, you wouldn't nessarily want to tell the media that (if they don't know about it)
Martha Careful (21-Dec) : I think MLF want Love to look past the end half issues, and feel good about his play. Our coaches generally keep a very positive tone.
beast (21-Dec) : I think a great running game will do that for most QBs
packerfanoutwest (21-Dec) : Coach Matt LaFleur has said quarterback Jordan Love is playing the best football of his career.
