He was a good special teams player. At least they cut him early so he has time to find another team.

Great Point.
I think this is a perfect example of the image Ted is trying to cultivate and farm of the Packers organization and what it has to offer players who sign on to play in Green Bay.
An image of if you are not in our plans, we will give you the best opportunity to succeed.
We can go on and on about the dis advantages of playing in Green Bay from a Night Life, and Marketing Opportunity compared to the big markets...... But I feel Ted has been straight forward and honest about the opportunities and more important.... The Exit Value.. He offers.
What Ted has done is give this young man a very valuable EXIT VALUE by his releases this time.
This is a sign of a Great GM and a Great Organization that cares about their football players future success, on the team, or on the practice roster.
Ted is just like that, and I think the Packers as a whole have been like that, and I know the community of Green Bay is like that.
Good Point... jdog2 +1
