Please bear in mind that a court of law does not recognize the concept of sarcasm or irony. A written transcript is inevitably taken at face value, no matter what the writer or speaker intended the words to mean. Words that could conceivably be interpreted as advocating violence against a public figure probably aren't something you want to be writing in a public venue like this.
And yes, I know Z2C will tell me to lighten up, but I have read enough court documents to know the multitude of ways your own words, no matter how flippant, can be used against you.
