One of the greatest bands of all time. I'll put these guys up there with the Beatles and Elvis

Radiohead

Don't tell anybody, but I actually liked two of Radiohead's albums - The Bends and OK Computer. Kid A and everything after, forget it. Their heads became so big that my dog can fart better music nowadays.

OK Computer I think was the best non-Metal album in the 90s, hands down. I don't like to use this word because other people overuse it, but I'll say it anyways - OK Computer was brilliant.

As for the Beatles, I'll probably piss people off by saying this, but I hate them. They sound like I imagine Prozac would be like. My mother loves Elvis though, which means I have to pretend to like Elvis. In fairness though, I can actually tolerate him.

Those are excellent Radiohead albums. My personal fav is their newest release "In Rainbows". I'm a big fan of anything they do live. Seriously though, give In Rainbows a try.

I listen to just about genre.. even this on a Sunday AM...

Or something like this while writing code ...

But some favorites are Early Metallica.. One especially..

Or Johnny Cash... especially late in his career when he was testing his range... Of course the original was excellent as well..

Depends on the entire mood.. but safe to say.. when in doubt throw some Metal on..

Bought it because it was on the download site I'm a member of (it's pretty cool, you download music and the bands get paid directly per download). I gave it two listens so far and just didn't do it for me. I'll try a third time. I should really bring the mp3s to work.

Radiohead are cool sometimes. OK Computer really was their creative peak in terms of most metal fans I find. Most of us would rather listen to Devin Townsend's ambient styled music because it is still delivered in a more metal fashion.

I think you, the Radiohead fan, should check out Porcupine Tree. They are progressive rock from the UK and have all those elements but so much more like great vocal harmonies.

Well you guys from the UK have to know this woman. I love her music and yes she is hot for being 44 yrs old. This video is one of her covers she did as a tribute.
