He had coaching stints at Trinity Valley Community College and with the Packers last year, but decided to move back and settle in Aggieland. Murphy started a real estate company and is opening a new video game franchise called Play N Trade. He remains involved with the university and has told Coach Sherman that he is always available for current Aggie players.
"My goal is to get my companies up and rolling, and in five or 10 years, come back and work for the university. I feel like I have a lot to give back to a university that gave me so much," he said.
