Do you think that would generate a push on passing situations.

If both Holliday and Taylor would agree to come for a reasonable salary, to play in rotation and situations.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

Boy after 3 days people are getting desperate. I wouldn't want either one of those guys in Green Bay. As it stands right now i hope Ted Thompson don't sign a single free agent so we can ride his train and see where it takes us.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I'm not sure, bit I think there may be a small hint of sarcasm in this statement.

:thumbright: But I agree!!!!

Maybe take a look at any O-line Fa's left, other than that
let's skip FA and concentrate on the draft, see where Ted Thompson goes with it.
Ted Thompson has made this HIS TEAM, it has taken 4 years but he now has no one to blame but himself.

I was dissapointed in M. Jenkins showing at the combine, so IMHO if Ted Thompson can not find a trade partner to move down in the first rnd, he will either go with one of the D-linemen, or in a complete shocker, if he is available, Knowshawn Moreno will become a Packer.

I could live with that.
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

Holliday is 33 and Taylor is 35. Not exactly Thompson's M.O.

I'm still hoping for Olshansky...

Taylor is not a 3-4 DE and doesn't fit. He is a pure four downman three point end.

The Packers will not pursue him.

Anyway, I still say go for Igor Olshansky.

Holliday is a 3-4 DE with good leadership qualities. And it's not like we'd have to break the bank to sign him. I don't really see what the down side of at least talking to him is. Plus he loves Capers.

I made that comment with no sarcasm involved. I just don't see anyone that the Packers could sign without having to pay them alot more money than other teams to get them to Green Bay.

As for me wanting them to fail is totally wrong, i just figured i am tired of fighting with everyone about Ted Thompson and now i'm giving the guy a chance and let him prove all you people right that he is a genius GM. Remember last year at this time everyone was saying how great Ted Thompson was and how deep our team was. So i say this year lets go in with the team Ted Thompson has built for us. Time to play with the cards that were dealt to us. I'm tired of fighting with everyone and listening to all the excuses for him so let it ride.

So you just want to completely forget about this offseason? Just go into the season with what he has for us so far? We still have the draft, and FA is certainly not over.
