I didn't read any of the links so I don't know if it's been brought up, but English law and corporate entities go back hundreds of years, there probably are scores of insurance companies lining up to claim their property. Usually they're a bunch of scammers but with a culture that goes way back there may be valid claims. Considering similar shipwreck finds in the United States, a percentage will go to the "rightful owners" no matter what.

It's going to be the usual mess.
