Ran across this material today... I got to thinking why couldn't this material be used in NFL protective gear.. thinking shoulder pads on a QB or a lighter weight flax jacket.. flexible enough to give them a greater range of "free" motion without the restriction of pads..

Anyway.. cool stuff.
