Improve the offensive line which is where it all begins.
Hire a "real" offensive coordinator who is aggressive go for the throat kind of coach who does not play the dual role of head coach.

Besides the offensive line I don't think very much needs to change personnel-wise for the offense. I think our RB depth is good enough to carry us through a season and an injury or 2, maybe they could add someone from the draft in a later round to compete at training camp. I am very excited though to see what guys like Finley and Lumpkin do next year.
