Despite the Packers offensive falling apart at the end of the Falcons game, Love has clearly been better int eh 2nd half (specifically the 3rd quarter).
After 3 games
1st half: 21 of 44 (47.7%), 224 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INTs, 13 First Downs, 1 play over 20 yards, 3 sacks.
2nd half: 30 of 52 (57.7%), 431, 5 TDs, 1 INTs, 20 First Downs, 7 plays over 20 yards, 0 sacks.
3 TDs in the 3rd quarter, 4 TDs in all other quarters combined.
Also inside the Packers own 20, Love has completed about 72.7% of the passes, but only about 50% elsewhere.
There have absolutely been some drops and some miscommunication with younger players or players not being on the same page as the QB. But sooner or later that passing percentage needs to improve.
Also, Packers have been trying two gadgets plays early in each game. Not with good success the last two games, it'll be interesting to see if they continue that on a short week and Lions at times have broken a ton of gadgets plays out. Will be interesting to see what they come up with.
