Then again, who knows? Holder seems to confirm Colts are asking sky and moon. If I'm Taylor, I'm saying why you think I'm so valuable to ask for the sky and moon, but pay me peanuts?

I'm not so sure. I'm seeing tweets covering the Dolphins saying that Waddle is off limits to a trade in regards to the Taylor talk. The Colts price seems to be a high pick+a premium player as a starting point.

I think he'd be great addition to the team, but giving up a lot for him AND paying him a lot is something I am not down with.

I am 100% on board with talking to teams about acquiring players. According to Brian Gutekunst this happens everyday to the Packers and from the Packers.

SPECULATION. If Colts want 1st rounder plus Jayden Reed for the trade. AND Jonathan Taylor won't play for anything less than $16/year then he can kick rocks. I think he's a fantastic player, one of the top five RB's in the game, but I won't sacrifice the future to acquire him AND to keep him.

If he wants it performance based, then I'm willing to go that high. But as we've seen with RB's and also this version for the offense. RB's don't get used a crap ton so delegating almost $18m a year just isn't prudent.

According to Rookie on 107.5 this morning, Tom Pelissero said the Packers offered AJ Dillon and 3rd round pick. Colts countered back with AJ Dillon, Christian Watson and 1st round pick for RB Jonathan Taylor.

Yeah, bruh, kick them rocks and when you're done, pound sand.
